
Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy
with your purchase we can either exchange, offer store credit or refund
the ordered goods, provided they are returned to us with proof of
purchase within 7 days in their original condition* i.e.
*The tags have not been removed
*The garment has not been worn, washed or damaged
*The packaging is returned
Underwear
If you have purchased underwear, please ensure underwear is tried on over your own underwear. Fashicon reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to returned goods and
recommends that the returned goods are sent by a secure and traceable
nature such as Royal Mail ‘special delivery’ or a courier service.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
We will aim to send out an exchange item within 24 hours of receiving the returns.
If
a refund is required a full refund for the price of the goods will be
offered and a credit will be issued to your account, which will show on your account within 5-10 working
days.
